Tom Keister, CEO
Tom has been leading groundbreaking teams in the power electronics industry for over 30 years and has 33 patents granted or pending. Prior to founding Resilient Power, he started a new division at TECO-Westinghouse near Austin, TX, USA, where he led the team from no electronic products at all to $20M in sales after 5 years. Tom has been a lead advisor to the U.S. Dept of Energy for over 10 years and was a Senior Research Fellow at the University of Texas at Austin. Tom led the team that built the Duke Energy eGRID 20MW inverter benchmark system, which was part of a $100M Dept of Energy project at the Dominion Energy Innovation Center. The last company Tom founded is now owned by the $67B Eaton Corporation, which continues to use the same products today. He used his B.S. in Electrical Engineering to receive many accolades including engineer of the year award in General Electric's industrial power division.

Mehdi Abolhassani, CTO
Dr. Mehdi Abolhassani received his PhD in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University, (Texas, USA) in 2003. Prior to joining Resilient, Mehdi was R&D Manager of Toshiba's Drives group. He was previously Director of Gtest Transportation lab and assistant professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Houston in Texas, USA. He has solid industrial background in designing, manufacturing, and testing of power electronic converters and PM electric drives from fractional Hp to 15 MW in various applications in automotive, traction, industrial, home appliances, and wind energy. He also has years of leadership experience in various product development from concept to production. He contributed in some chapters of DSP-Based Electromechanical Motion Control, and of Handbook of Power Electronics, 2nd Edition: Devices, Circuits and Applications. Dr. Abolhassani holds 31 granted and pending US and international patents. He is also the author of several journal and conference papers. His main research interest areas include multi-level inverters, electrical machine design; variable speed drives for traction and propulsion applications, power electronics for automotive, and wind energy conversion systems.

Josh Keister, President
Josh Keister has 15 patents granted or pending and has been introducing new products in the utility industry for over 16 years. He has a B.S. in Computer Science and focused his work on the electric grid including distribution automation, wireless asset health monitoring systems, and Dept of Energy funded power electronics. Josh is President at Resilient Power, where he was responsible for lowering costs by 30%.

Bruce Ludemann, SVP of Sales and Marketing
Mr. Ludemann has 30+ years energy industry experience having led sales and service organizations in the conventional and renewable energy sectors. He is the former President of Hanwha Solar US where he built the company's US entity from infancy into its current market leadership position. From 2006 to 2010 he was the Senior VP of Sales & Marketing at FuelCell Energy (IPO, $8M to $100M revenue) and for the previous six years was the VP of Sales with Siemens Power Transmission & Distribution. Prior to Siemens he spent ten-plus years with ABB T&D, starting as a field service technician and rising to become the company's Director of Field Service Operations. Mr. Ludemann holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz School of Business and completed the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School, Executive Leadership Forum.

Brett Nourrcier, Director of Operations
Brett came to Resilient from Moog Inc where he was Operations Manager responsible for four production lines generating over $30MM in sales to medical, military, and industrial customers. While at Moog, Brett led teams that successfully designed, setup, and qualified two production lines for the medical market. Prior to Moog, Brett worked with General Electric where he started as a Project/Process Engineer and grew into the Operations Manager for a $20MM product line. While at General Electric, Brett earned his Six Sigma Green Belt and Master Black Belt certifications. Brett is a licensed Professional Engineer. He received his M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and his B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
